One thing that WILL slow down the entrance of driverless trucks is going to be the attorneys. As soon as there is a serious crash where innocent people are injured or killed, the lawsuits and insurance premiums might affect things.
It also makes you wonder if an Aurora truck will be easier to hijack than one with a human behind the wheel.
