he made a good point between having the tech and it being integrated into society. E.g. We've had robot vacuum cleaners for a long time now but they did not widely replace brooms and scoops globally (because they are not cost effective for the average person). How expensive will a plumber bot be? what if humans decided to work for less? Then why would you hire a bot? Would most people hire a robo taxi if someone was willing to charge less to carry you? I'm more curious to see how the market and economy will adapt to the injection of artificial labour. I think universal income and cheap labour from humans might undercut AI and slow it down but we'll see.
