Today, similar hopes are being projected onto AI, with some claiming that work itself will soon become optional. Yet Scripture and history agree on this one unyielding truth: technology never heals the human heart. Greed, pride, power-lust, deception, and violence have never been cured by invention, only re-expressed through more powerful tools. Until the incurably deceitful heart is transformed by God Himself, every technological advance will inevitably outrun moral restraint. Tools change — hearts do not, unless God changes them.
