Hmmm, I dunno. Seems odd all of humanity would #1. Stand by and sheepishly watch as our livelihoods are taken from us and do nothing about it. How well would ai work without the internet for example? Seems like those data connectivity hubs would become easy targets. Also seems odd - #2. The infrastructure for replacing so many jobs would be put in place. Do we just sit back and watch the robotics infiltrate our daily lives, every job, blue collar manual labor or not? To me seems a bit of a Y2K prediction. At least I hope so.
