Thank you, great insight! The main issue is that these AI agents don't understand anything, they don't deduce anything, they don't prove anything before implementing it in a certain way. The always just pick what looks most likely like the correct solution. In my opinion this pattern recognition approach just CAN'T EVER replace a good developer, no matter how much computing power they throw at it. They need a different paradigm before this will get fixed. But I agree with your conclusion: If you know what you're doing, the AI agent can save you a lot of boilerplate typing time, and that's something.
