To avoid all that drivers who hit pedestrians in China have been captured on video backing up their cars and intentionally running over victims until they were dead. Yeah, China has high speed rail and tap & go payments. But that's just a thin patina. Scratch the surface of Communist China's society and underneath is a horrifying, genocidal, massively oppressive, animal torturing dictatorship.
