I do like this video, and I mostly agree with you on most points but I do disagree with you on one fundamental point: AI art DOES possess expressive capability, solely as a tool of the human doing the expressing. The AI cannot express any sort of emotion or opinion; it is a machine. But this is not the case of the person prompting the AI, or even for the people who coded the network architecture of this particular AI model. Every piece of AI content that an AI produces is, fundamentally, an expression of the inner state of the people who created the AI, and especially of the person prompting the AI for whatever content they desire. Whatever is produced not only is, but categorically MUST be an expression of the prompter's desire for whatever type of media is created. Saying "AI art models don't have the capacity for artistic expression" is like saying "a printer has no capacity for artistic expression". Yeah, no shit. It's a tool. The artistic expression is coming from the human using it.
