19:19 It's not true that LIDAR works in fog. Light fog maybe, dense fog, nope.And don't get me the biased Rober video from a few months ago as an example because that wasn't "real fog" that was stage fog which doesn't use water to produce the smoke/fog and that has a different refreactory period. A friend of mine lives in San Fran and he has shown me a number of videos where he took a Waymo and it got stuck behind steam or other "fog/clouds" coming from the sewer grates in the road in the Fall since it perceive that as an obstacle. Fairly certain you can locate similar videos on YouTube.
