AIs are incredibly sensitive to the initial and personality prompts. Their own responses also feed their future outputs, and the same personality can have an insane amount of different outcomes depending on where the conversation goes. A single AI model can become really good or really evil depending on how it's prompted. I know this because I run my own jailbroken AIs and tweak them daily.
