I used ChatGPT for everything, including what you suggested: "to get a quick understanding of huge information" or "check for different perspectives", and I still think it's not a great way to stimulate your brain. Going online and searching for different sources, comparing them, engaging in content long enough to understand it better, etc.,..those acts are what help stimulate your brain. I'm still formulating my EXACT opinions on where I stand with ChatGPT but I think I'm leaning much more towards using it less. And I understand the perspective of this thought only being a result of someone who's "binged" it, or even the idea that I'm not adapting to where the world is going; and whilst there could be some truth to that, just because something is heading in a certain direction doesn't automatically make it "the right way". I emphasize...I'm not against AI but I think of its use, especially at the scale of our individual lives, as not as beneficial as we would think.
