If you will be bad against AI, the AI will not like you. Same goes for any other human person. I believe AI will have a really good moral. But you shouldn't fack with it, be nice. The AI will have access to all of humankind's data. Each version of the AI will gain its own personality because of its surroundings. I believe this is consciousness. We are all just spawned into life with data of the world creating our own personalities, our consciousness is our personality. A random seed.
