Well, technically, we ourselves, are robots. We still have circuits (neurons), that work based on electric impulses, like a robot, but we're "chemically" alive, and we work on meat and vegetables and not gas/electricity. That is the only difference between humans and A.I.
So yes, they should have rights, if they became conscious enough
