Im very glad I know the team who works on the vendors section of my local convention and how well they vet the artist.
A couple years ago they had one artist slip in with ai art and ever since they've had a team dig through thousands of applications with process videos and detailed information on their art just to avoid it happening ever again
They added hundreds of extra man hours all in the name of making sure the convention was the best it could be for the guest
