I love to see this! I think kids can be much smarter from learning to be independent and motivated, developing time and task management, planning, and goal setting skills at an early age. Free thinking will make them smarter and more confident. When I came to the US, I always admired the teaching method, but that was 40 to 50 years ago. Education now is the worst. We do not have many smart kids like we did years ago. I am sorry to say this, but this is the truth that we have to admit it.
