Jack Ma is nothing special he basically just took what china was already doing and put it on a website (copying American companies but with Chinese factories and products). Elon is actually an innovator and has created several new and inventive products. They aren't even in the same category; Jack Ma has 0 experience with AI and computers... Elon went to school for computers and has developed his own AI company, along with Space rocket company and electrical cars which both use computers and AI.
