Raw LLM Responses

So essentially what AI will do very well is allow a small team to be 10X as productive as large teams. It will also remove the need for all the excess process and documentation work that supports the main work. The thing is this will only be beneficial to people who know what they are doing. If you ask ChapGPT to produce code for you, it will do it. The problem becomes that if you don't have the skill to understand what it is outputting then it is like an illiterate person pasting together random Shakespeare plays in the hopes that you end with Hamlet instead of a semi-coherent mess. So you need the skill to be able to wield it properly. Now if you do, you should be able to run circles around large teams that are bogged down by excess process and hamstrung the in the box thinking that is mandated by the process. That is where the true power will lie. At least until ChatGPT can put together an entire complex program with 50k lines of integrated code on a short description of that product. That will require computing power that just isn't available right now. Until then only those that are literate in coding can actually benefit from it. Of course menial crap like responding to email, creating documentation, creating presentations, and building excel sheets will probably easily be replaced. Art probably will not get replaced (even though it seems like it will). Most of what is created is algorithmic mashups of things that exist and can not follow the messy creative processes necessary to make something new. Coincidentally this is the same problem Hollywood has. We are addicted to algorithmic thinking and have abandoned free and unrestricted expression necessary to create something new.
