By 2030, many jobs will have been taken over by AI. It makes sense for big companies as ai can work overtime and not complain. When synthetics or robots can articulate just like a himan physically, then many many jobs will be taken. Your average job won't suffer by but companies will adopt new tech as it's exciting, and no one wants to be ledt behind. I guess its just a matter of time and short one as ai will be the fastest tech to develop once the models learn new discoveries on their own.
