There is no AI Art and there's no AI "artist".
"Art" is a term that can be explained in many different ways, but some encompasses them, and that is the Intent, the intent into making something specifically as you want it going through your skill and a human mind basically, AIs simply don't do that. AI users while telling the AI what to do in a way to reach a result they find satisfactory, cannot put their intent directly into the piece. So we cannot define it as "Art". Ai images and Ai users or some other term you might want to use, but NOT artist.
Those who use AI and call themselves artists are delusional.
The portrait you made is yours, you made it and it's an expression (albeit with limited skill compared to great artists ofc but that goes without saying) it's still art.
