While I appreciate the efforts to preserve our rights to privacy and warrant-less searches, I don't see how we can stop this. Any citizen can mount a 360 digital camera on the roof of their car and connect it to a laptop with AI and license plate reading capabilities and drive around and collect endless private data on any driver they come across. No doubt people are already doing this now.
