You wanna know why AI art is so soulless? When you draw you are partaking in the process of creation. It is a personal and magical experience that only we humans can do. I'm not religious but if i was i couldn't imagine a more divine process than to create art. Be it video games, painting, drawing, movies, animation, etc. The ability to tell stories is a uniquely human trait. I value this process and in my eyes AI generated content is nothing but stolen and regurgitated slop that masks itself as being creative. It's a mockery of humanity's greatest strength.
