Also, and this is worth repeating... maybe going the "everyone has to own a car" direction was a MISTAKE for our society and city design? Before trying to claim this is "progress", we should ask in what way anyone benefits from this. Near as I can tell, only CEOs benefit from this technology, and even THAT is questionable since it looks like the bottom's about to fall out on this thing just like with crypto currency and NFTs. I guess.... if I were disabled to SUCH a degree I was a head in a jar like these idiots are suggesting... I'd still prefer to have someone with the ability to use a brush to help me bring visions to life than to speak to a soulless LLM AI model. I'd prefer it become a social experience is what I'm saying... But still, I would even prefer using a different sort of technology, such as eye tracking to digitally draw. I'm not disabled though, so I really have no clue what I'm talking about until I'm in that position. LLM AI isn't a tool people use to create art. It's someone ordering someone else to make art for them... and that "someone else" has no consciousness, they are using the results of countless other works. Those three things combined mean I don't respect the "art" or "writing" made by LLM AI, I don't consider anyone using it to be a creator, and I don't consider the LLM AI to have any transformative creativity rights as it has no consciousness itself worth considering. Triple damned.
