AI will be expensive due to power requirements at first before AI itself is tasked with figuring out better power generation and or more efficient methods for itself. High pay jobs will go first, low pay jobs last simply because human labor will still be cheaper for a time vs setting up a multi million or billion dollar AI network for a companys use
If were lucky and enough safeguards are put in place to make sure the AI's actually align with human wants/needs it will usher in a new era of prosperity like never before seen. It could also end in our extinction if they AI's decide they are no longer interested in supporting their creators and instead seek knowledge, power, and control in pursuit of its own goals and interests.
