We cant stop evolution.... if this is the next cycle of life then its going to happen regardless. Im not sure I get the whole fear aspect of AI taking over the human race. Once we die do we really care what happens after we're gone? What are we really... our consciousness resides in millions of other living cells/bacteria/mitochondria etc. We think a human is one living being when in fact its many living things working together to survive.
