id say the issue was the tesla driver figuring it was nighttime, almost no traffic, a self-driving car, set the autopilot and hammer it. probably running 20 to 30 over the speed limit.,The biker never saw it coming. people are naturally lazy, if they can let someone or something do a task for them they will, it's a lack of responsibility.
