1. Teach them how to learn by themselves
2. Make a human like robot that can power themselves
3. Link #1 and #2 above
The only missing one is #3. I think it will still take 3 to 5 more years before a fully independent one will be produced.
If this is good or not will depend on govt catching up with regulations. Even the most advanced countries will have difficulty
