Re: #13- I do believe AP would stop for that since, according to Karpathy (head of AP AI) the cut-in detector is based on YAW of car and not necessarily lane position. In other words, since that pickup changed its angle sharply toward the Tesla's lane, AP probably did detect it as a cut-in (despite lack of incursion) and yielded appropriately.
