If you ask AI that question it paints a nice picture where AI has cracked fusion, there is unlimited resources and no scarcity. AI does all jobs and people are free to enjoy a toil free life.
However, start to challenge that and AI admits issues everywhere. What happens if china and US AI get into a power struggle? What happens with a North Korea AI producing weapons? If Elon Musk controls the post powerful AI, what happens to Governments? If everyone gets a universal income, how do you decide who lives where (ai suggests a lottery combined with need)? What happens to the world’s stock markets if AI can manipulate trading or if all work is done by AI?
