1:36:34 It seems pointless to put guard rails on Ai and creat safety measures, because by definition Ai would be millions of times smarter than us, and therefore would be able to work around ANY safety nets that we create. It’s similar to apes trying to guarantee that humans couldn’t destroy them, and the apes simply don’t have the brain power to over ride human intelligence no matter how hard they tried. It’s pointless. If we create it, it’s then out of our control.
