i DESPISE how people ( especially my age ) have become so reliant upon ai because they just dont want to try. i fear people are getting into a "perfectionist" mindset, where they think that anything less than "perfect" isnt worthy of being made, so they dont want to try and cultivate or build the skill to make it so, and instead rely on ai generation to do it for them. or, they just simply dont care and only want the results, not the actual skills it took to make it, or the actual understanding of how the art they want to replicate is made. i hope that people who think like this can soon realize that ai isnt MADE for us; its made for lining the pockets of techbros and gigantic corporations ( and even THEN its not doing that well, apparently ) and they want us to think its "for the public, for the people" so they have more excuses to keep implementing ai into everything and thus avoiding paying their creatives. if you want to make art, just make art. it doesnt matter if you "cant even draw a stick figure", you never WILL know if you dont even try. ai doesnt make you BETTER at art. making art and making efforts to learn does. ( hell, even if you dont want to learn, just commission an actual artist. its better than any of the slop ai will spit out at you, i PROMISE. )
