47:15 this is so wrong... You can predict and know what a car engine will do, never having learned chemistry, physics, material science. Are you smarter than a car? Like the point extends to physics we may never know what photons look like, but we can still predict their path without being intelligent.
Point is predicting models are not the same as cognition. Just as motor reflexes are not thought. Intelligence doesn't need to be smarter for predictions it just needs a working model a theory, a ln algorithm to work off...
