What a remarkable , wise articulate lady! So much steady poise as she schooled us on an approaching techno storm. Said with thoughtfulness , without academic pretension as if she was warning a friend. She is keenly aware of the magnitude of the warning she gives , but delivered it in way that is so considerate of her listener. What a jewel!! Thanks for the warning and clearing up the fog. I knew all this was wrong but she packaged all the information in a way to make it understandable . Had never even heard the phrase surveillance capitalism.
