I'm trying to transition from NOC/incident management to web developer, and although I already have basic software development knowledge, I still rely heavily on AI to develop my projects. It seems to me that it will be difficult to find a job as a web developer in a company that gives me the time and tools to develop my skills. In the meantime, I'll continue learning by doing.
