If AI art is bad than so is anyone who's ever studied another artist, should you profit off of another person's work? No, but AI art offers opportunities to learn and study from that no one's really talking about, if you want to know how a famous artist, or hell a niche artist that's barely known would draw something, it's there, it's a wonderful tool as long as you use it properly. Copying and tracing are tools used by artists to learn new techniques and create their own art styles, look at any modern artist and you can trace back their inspirations to how they draw almost down to a science.
