There are at least three lessons:
The first is AI will never replace the human brain. People are far too complex. Second, AI cannot, for the same reason as the first, duplicate customer service. It is reactive, not creative. As a result, customer service today sucks. Third, AI is a product of arrogance. It was not merely a rush to implementation as much as it was capitalism‘s reaction to getting rid of better “computers.“ By that I mean humans.
