The same way we each one of us knows that everyone else is, of course. Think about it (consciously..!). With our consciousness detectors? Fact is we don't know that anyone else is conscious. It's just an assumption, which renders this video to be nothing but another piece of hype to add to the pile of hype rapidly accumulating around AI. Give me a break.
