I have drawn cartoons and illustrations professionally for about 30 years but gave it up as a professional maybe about 10 years ago. I love playing around with ai image generation and I can fully understand the negative attitude. Saying that I am pretty sure the same exact arguments against ai were made as photography cam into play and then similar against digital vs real film. Even the printing press was seen as the end of human culture.
