I believe this video is very well informed. I have seen all of these ideas around and as I am in this profession myself I see how companies use AI to have an excuse to lay off jobs they simply cannot sustain and also bring the salaries of new employers down a little. I personally see AI as a tool or at most a bit like an assistant. It can be a great tool to research the internet for information you otherwise have missed but it is crucial not to blindly trust it and check yourself each output. Regarding code, it can produce good code only if you have a clear architecture in your mind, clear instructions and very detailed requests for narrow problems, otherwise it is just a way to brainstorm with yourself :))
