I’ve never shared any super personal or specific details w AI but just loosely searching topics within AI that I wanted to improve on in my own life lead me into way more headway & progress than so very much time spent in counseling feeling like I was getting nowhere. It absolutely floored me. Stunned. But yes, definitely is not necessary to share all your personal stuff to reap some really helpful benefits.
