Well, they don't "charge" for access to information. Openai charges you for the amount of assistance they give you. There is a limit of info such as pictures or chat messages on their free model. What they charge you is the work they out on the information like escorts do not charge you for sleeping with you but make you company and go to events.
Would the suing party have any rights on the phds of people using their articles in research? Would people not have the right to learn from them?
I am not being a butt about it, I am sure they cannot win this case on the basis of what is the limit. Mind you, I am an artist. I comprehend the damage ai companies have done so far
