My hope is not that answers will be found to the high abuse and unethical adoption of AI technology. The threats are rooted in the contagion of capitalism and the profit motive - that underlies functions of government subordinating collective/societal interest to unfettered individual freedom. China has demonstrated knowing the distinction and working to find the proper level of communitarian balance.
