AI is the Tower of Babel. I think that the competitor AI versions, when they attain super intelligence, in a bid to take control, will wage war against each other and wipe out each other, leading to an internet blackout. At this point what we should be doing is storing our important stuff off the cloud, and preparing to fall back to communicating over radio-waves.
