I love how the point of the video is that chatGPT is actively hoarding data about you through your browser/cookies/any id your phone has and its is even more accurate than any targeting before because it keeps tabs on everything. But dont forget the take away is that AI for therapy is good actualy! But actualy its bad! But its good because people use it because they dont have money! So its good!
People please, read a book about psychology, it will serve you better than any AI saying that 'you should take your time akd calm down' you dont jeed AI for that. By reading specified book you will get more knowledge on the topic AND you wont burm down a big amount of energy and water in the process (excluding your own bodily needs ofc)
