Our factory installed a AI program last year. Installing it and coding it costed more then a million bugs. It's supposed to calculate production, costumer demand. It orders parts, tools,etc. Makes the planning. Toghetter with people on top it calculated that we have to many workers that would save costs if they're just fired. Now workers are constantly switching functions and do work they're not trained in, results? Instead of more production and cheaper production we have more scrap of failed manufacturing what gives a buttload more work to people that not only need to finish the production, but now also have to double check for manufacturing errors. And now thanks to the AI that is now in charge in ordering parts, we have no inventory anymore, the AI thinks it's cheaper with no stock, so it orders everything last minute. Results? We can't build our products in time because we're out of parts every 2 days, and costumers are getting upset and threatening to go somewhere else if this continues. And management is to delusional to see the problems.
