im all for having ai compete with ai to see who can make the better ai because the actual creating and coding of an ai model is a form of art in itself, but comparing any image made by an ai to a human's art is like cheering for a calculator when it solves a math problem faster than a professor
i have mad respect for anyone who works with ai making training sets and prompts and stuff for fun, but while i can consider the model itself art it can never produce its own art because its a mindless clanker incapable of sentience or subjectivity
