AI program actually *took someone's pictures, collecting them as references, and finally recreating them into what the "so-called-artist" want, and finally the user claim it's theirs.* they don't really make things from scratch. *Hence why AI has no soul.*
They may have brain to argue they are artist but have no brain to understand how AI works. They are not smart enough to search that up in their AI program. Perhaps they won't
