If the politicians you people vote into office had morals this stuff wouldn't turn out to be the quagmire of BS this stuff is going to go. So as long as they are going to allow it, more prisons will probably be built. I'm sure AI and your constitution will clash fiercely. Besides that, your politicians probably see this as an easy way to keep tabs on everyone. AI and the real id act, how handy.
