This is rather elitist and a egotistical way of thinking about this issue. It's not about what process it went through to making a piece, its about the composition and the reasoning behind why and what inspired the creator in making it in the first place.
As AI improves and becomes indistinguishable from a hand drawn or digitally drawn art piece, the more a creator can focus on composition and creative expression. There will always be those who upload crap, but that happens due to skill or what motivates them, and it can happen on either camp, AI or human.
