I’m just gonna say it… the animation just looks like really good CG. First episode of Bleach TYBW did better with CG, it took me a moment to realize it was CG; But this? I can instantly tell something feels off. The animations are way too smooth, there is NO WAY it’s 14 fps (what most anime use outside of action), and the shading feels off, just like CGI. I’m not hating on the show (I’m NEVER going to watch a show made mostly with AI), but sometimes cost cutting like this just leaves a worse project than it could of been if either drawn or if the creators used CGI.
