there's no need to defend generative AI. it is entirely useless, and CAN be dangerous. Do you recall what your elementary school teachers taught you about researching things? they always would criticize you for using an encyclopedia instead of GOING TO THE PRIMARY SOURCE. relying on AI is literally WORSE than relying on an encyclopedia for information. USE THE PRIMARY LITERATURE.
