I think if they changed their policy and actually started PAYing the artists each time any of their art gets used by the machine to create an image, and actually paid artists the price the artist would decide themself for the library of their art, that would make a new era for artists and a new generation of happy artists, who would sign up and have a good constant easy income from AI companies while drawing for their satisfaction and hobbie needs. That’s how it should be. Most of AI services are commercialised nowadays and you just can’t enter them without the subscription plan, which costs a lot based on the amount of users. And artists get nothing of these billions that programmers and ai art trainers make on this art theft. As an artist and a graphic designer I would be happy to sell my art to Ai and have constant % of its use everyday. That would make a new field of jobs for us all.
